Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious and highly experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our IT consulting firm to new heights of innovation and client success. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the evolving technology landscape and a proven track record in strategic leadership and business development. This role requires an individual who can drive the company's vision, maintain robust stakeholder relationships, and ensure operational excellence in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement strategic plans that meet business goals and objectives created in partnership with the Board of Directors.
2. Lead the organization in the development of innovative and competitive technology consulting solutions.
3. Maintain continuous awareness of the competitive landscape, expansion opportunities, and industry developments.
4. Ensure the company's reputation for excellence and superior client satisfaction is maintained and strengthened.
5. Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive.
6. Manage and cultivate relationships with all organizational stakeholders to achieve financial and non-financial business objectives.
Skills & Experience
1. Minimum of 10 years of executive leadership experience, with at least 5 years within the IT consulting industry.
2. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a consulting firm, with a focus on driving revenue and profitability.
4. Excellent strategic planning skills, with the ability to enact and drive critical business initiatives across the organization.
5. Strong financial acumen and experience in managing P&L and financial operations.
6. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
